Every camp looks the same at 3am
Save the camp as a place the moment you pitch the tent. It's a pin on the map and a one-tap navigation target for the rest of the weekend.
The group splits up by hour two
Some go to the main stage, some sleep, two disappear entirely. Live location turns 'where are you?' into a glance at the map.
Set times get missed
Add the sets you care about to the trip timeline and let each person opt into their own reminders. Nobody has to be the human alarm clock for the whole camp.
Someone fronts everything
Tickets, ice, firewood, the campsite fee. Log it as it happens and the settle-up on Monday is two transfers instead of a three-week negotiation.

Connect the festival itself
For supported events, the official programme lives inside your group.
Most groups end up rebuilding the line-up by hand: someone screenshots the schedule, someone else retypes the three sets they care about, and by Saturday there are two conflicting versions.
When a festival is connected to your group, its events appear inside your trip automatically — marked as official, read-only, and updated centrally if the organisers move a set. Your own plans sit alongside them, and disconnecting removes the festival content cleanly without touching anything you added.

A festival weekend, in order
Two weeks before
Create the group, drop the invite link in the chat, and start the packing list. Add tickets and the campsite booking as documents so they're downloaded well before you lose signal.
Arrival day
Save the camp as a place the second the tent is up. Turn on live location while people are still trickling in, and log the shared costs — parking, ice, firewood — as you pay them.
Monday morning
Open the wallet, look at the balances, send two transfers. Turn live location off. The trip stays in the app if you want to look back at it next year.
Festival questions
Does it work when the network is jammed?
The parts that matter, yes. Your schedule, tickets, places and lists are stored on the device, so they open with no connection at all. Live location and new messages obviously need a signal — but the app doesn't turn into a white screen without one.
How do we find each other in a crowd of 40,000?
Turn on live location for the group when you split up. Everyone's pin shows on the same map, and the app is explicit about when a pin last updated instead of showing a stale dot as if it were current.
Can we get the festival's official line-up inside the app?
For supported events, yes. A group admin connects the event and its official programme appears inside your group — read-only and always current. Your own plans sit right next to it without being overwritten.
Will it drain my battery?
Live location is the only battery-hungry part, and it's off unless you turn it on. Most groups run it for a few hours around arrival and meet-ups, then switch it off.
